Evening of Wednesday 22 May – Welcome dinner at the conference hotel (no meetings on Wednesday).

Thursday 23 May – Sub-Committee and Executive Committee meetings morning and afternoon, dinner in the evening at TBA.

Friday 24 May – Plenary meeting. Conference ends with a luncheon at the SWrI followed by an optional tour of the facilities.

Thursday's meetings will take place in the Omni La Mansión Del Rio Hotel and Friday's meetings will be held at the SWrI facilities
